Pet rescues can be difficult to coordinate, especially if there is animal hoarding involved.  This problem has come to light most recently on television shows such as Hoarders, and also in dozens of heart breaking news stories.  For instance, this week in Mesa, Arizona, it was reported that 87 cats were rescued in April from a home where the owner had died of a heart attack.
